0. Introduction

The packaging of products can not only prevent or reduce the damage caused by adverse factors in the process of storage or transportation, but also increase the shelf life of some products. Therefore, a large number of products in food, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, daily chemical, automobile, electronic components, stationery and other industries have been packaged to promote the application in various fields.

In order to ensure the quality of packaging, the sealing of the packaged products must be tested. But, At present, the detection method of sealing performance of flexible packaging products is mainly negative pressure method (vacuum method), in the existing negative pressure method test device, the pressure reading and control are mostly displayed by the pointer pressure gauge, and the hand valve is used to control the pressure; the time control is mostly controlled by manual pinching. Because the pointer pressure gauge is greatly affected by the surrounding environment, it is easy to cause pointer jumping, which leads to large reading error; as the hand valve is opened and closed several times, it is easy to control the pressure With the increase of the number, the mechanical wear is more serious, which leads to the decrease of sealing performance and the shortening of service life; The time control adopts manual control, the control time is not * *, and the operation is not flexible.

Therefore, it is possible to develop a new mfy-01 sealing tester.

1. Functional requirements of the sealing tester

The sealing tester developed in this paper can not only detect the tightness of products, but also be used conveniently and flexibly. Therefore, the sealing tester developed in this paper should have the following functions:

(1) Guarantee of accuracy. one side. By using solenoid valve, the leakage of pressure can be reduced in the process of pressure maintaining; On the other hand, the digital vacuum pressure gauge can eliminate the influence of the surrounding environment and improve the detection accuracy.

(2) Time control. This tester can improve the flexibility of the device by using timer to control the detection time.

2. The structure of the sealing tester

According to the functional requirements of the sealing detector, the mfy-01 sealing detector device designed in this paper is shown in Figure 1.

The device is composed of power supply, switch, timer, compressed air power source, pressure regulating valve, vacuum conversion device, solenoid valve, vacuum chamber, sample to be tested and pressure gauge. Among them, the vacuum chamber is connected with the solenoid valve, the tested sample is placed in the vacuum chamber, the pressure gauge is located on the connecting pipeline and connected with the power supply, the solenoid valve is connected with the suction port of the vacuum conversion device through the pipeline, the compressed air power source is connected through the pressure regulating valve and the air inlet of the vacuum conversion device, and the power supply is respectively connected with the solenoid valve and the timer through the switch.

3. Conclusion

In this paper, according to the functional requirements of the sealing test device, the sealing test device is improved by using digital pressure gauge, solenoid valve and timer, thus a new type of mfy-01 sealing test instrument is developed, which not only ensures the detection accuracy, but also improves the flexibility.
